oUTSKIRT is a new artists and makers collaborative work space with rehearsal spaces for bands and musicians. Located in Lyman, ME, just 30 minutes from Portland in 15 minutes from Biddeford in the former Cousins School, we have 10,000 sq ft. of interior space on 6.999 acres of land.
