Hay Runner Concierge Service is here to help provide you with peace of mind. Whether it is your primary residence, or second home, trust that we have you covered.
Organize personal storage, change out seasonal items and decor
Order and restock necessary household items
Check in on vacation homes or rental properties when not in use
Run personal errands (personal shopping, picking up dry-cleaning, returns, etc.)
Booking assistance with appointments or travel
Offer assistance with special requests (ex. cleaning out a storage unit, scanning family photos, recycling run, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate home repairs and maintenance through Hay Runner or other companies as needed.
Meet with contractors, techs, and service providers on-site on your behalf.
Act as liaison between you and 3rd party vendors or other household staff
Assist with planning, coordinating and hosting events or small gatherings.
Manage or assist with set-up of catering, decorations, invitations and other event details.
BY THE HOUR
CONCIERGE & PERSONAL ASSISTANT SERVICES
$40/ hour
You’ve got lots of little things to tackle, and we can help. Since small tasks are hard to estimate, we have a one-hour minimum for all site visits. We aim to complete the work in our estimated time frame. Ultimately, our goal is to complete the project in the time it takes to complete the work.
Dispatch Fee
Each time a Handyman, Electrician, Plumber, Tasker, Carpenter, Tech, Designer, Concierge or Project Manager is dispatched to your location there is a $50 dispatch fee. This pays for the overhead of our employees and the maintenance of the vehicles.
