Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a qualified Lead Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. A carpenter is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials, has a valid driver's license and willing to travel regularly to job sites, and comfortable running large jobs. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products.

Entry Level Carpenter

A carpenter performs a wide range of repairs and maintenance for homeowners and businesses. Tasks you will be expected to perform include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior maintenance and repairs including painting, drywall, trim and finish carpentry, window and door replacement, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, remodeling small spaces, performing seasonal maintenance checks, new construction and more.

  • By overseeing all accounting and financial activities, you will support the financial health and growth of our business and develop strategic plans for our finances.     Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

    Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

    Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

    Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

    Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

    Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs

The Real Estate Assistant will be tasked with implementing and managing all administrative processes related to the Real Estate component of Hay Runner, including end-to-end real-estate transactions, scheduling, contracts and other time sensitive paperwork. Working in partnership with the Owner (who is also a licensed Realtor) this role will provide administrative, operational, and some marketing support as well. They will also be working with any buyer clients the team has to help assess the wants and needs of the client, set them up on a home search and show properties. The buyer agent will be in communication with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of the properties of interest. They will also assist with client communications with impeccable follow-through.
