SCOPE

Whitehall Inn, which is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places, endured a complete interior and exterior renovation impacting all 40 guest rooms, restaurant and bar areas. Phi Builders + Architects (now Hay Runner) worked to complete this impressive transformation of this 113 year old inn. The seamless communication between the general contractors, designers and carpenters on the Phi Team shines during projects of this magnitude.
