SCOPE

Designed as a working tribute to the services we offer, the Phi Builders + Architects (now Hay Runner) headquarters provide tactile, educational resources to all who enter. Driving along Route 90 in Rockport, passersby are drawn in by the large illuminated showroom windows displaying select examples of the custom furniture produced on-site in our woodworking shop. Once inside this winner of the Penobsot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce 2013 Building Award, visitors are introduced to our design and construction capabilities through a variety of functional rooms exhibiting unique architectural styles, cabinetry finishes and millwork craftsmanship.
