Moody KITCHEN

This was a fun project - and the results are indisputable. Our clients were fantastic and inspired to creatively recreate the heart of their home. Initially, we decided our direction was, “Moody”… inspired by one of the Owner’s favorite bars in downtown Portland. Shannon’s concepts landed with two large islands (a little unconventional, but there was room), a full service wet bar, a butler’s pantry and room to check your email while you prep for a party!

We started with design and moved into construction, picking up a few unexpected areas of maintenance along the way (some rot in the exterior walls). Overall, a wonderful project and grateful for the teams’ collaborative execution. The Owner’s were available for decisions at all times and proactively problem solving along with Dale, Tristan and Galen… which took a little head scratching when we found hidden structural components floating in the middle of a flying wall!
