SCOPE

We purchased the first floor of the Verdante Condo building, in 2022, and set out to build our new headquarters that would house our admin staff, designers and serve a home base for our entire team. The space was designed to be open, but also has private meeting areas for team and client meetings. Hay Runner founder, Shannon Richards, filled the space with original artwork, and local functional art that includes custom furniture, chairs, wall prints, and rugs.
