Our architecture team draws from a diverse yet complementary background of aesthetics and expertise to materialize a client’s vision. Because they work alongside the general contracting team and within a stone’s throw of our cabinetry/furniture shop, the design output is constantly informed and strengthened by the entirety of Phi’s building expertise.

From the initial handshake greeting to the day you arrive at your completed home, Phi architects are dedicated to providing a unique experience in which your lifestyle, personal aesthetics and participation are the constant driving forces of any project. They deliver a superior understanding of a developing project through the design team’s use of various three-dimensional drafting and rendering software, which allows our clientele to see and experience a design long before it reaches the construction phase.

Meet the Team

  • Jeffrey Leclair

    SENIOR ARCHITECT

    Jeffrey is an Architect with twenty years of experience in the design field. His project experience includes institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential work, but no matter the type of building or client, Jeff’s work is grounded in a conceptual approach to creating experiences for the senses and spaces for living. Although born and raised in coastal Maine, Jeff has spent most of his adult years in the Boston area working for some of the top national architectural firms, and on significant projects in a leadership role alongside talented builders. Jeff studied engineering and art history at Tufts University, and received his graduate degree in architecture at Rhode Island School of Design. He is proud to support Phi’s amazing design team in their work for great clients.

  • Helena Leclair

    ARCHITECT

    As an Architect, Helena has worked with a wide range of clients on projects that include university libraries and classrooms, healthcare facilities, and high-end contemporary homes. She is always eager to learn about the routines and rituals that make up clients’ daily lives, and she highly values a collaborative process to achieve the best end-product. Helena embraces a holistic approach to design and applies a diligent work ethic and rigorous attention to detail to all projects she leads. Helena received a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master in Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
