We broke ground on 5 complete home builds, totaling 22,500 sq. feet in 2023. And had 15 Design + Build contracts.

We didn't just renovate homes; we transformed dreams into reality. With 13 large home renovations under our tool belts and another 5 in the pipeline, our commitment to craftsmanship left us feeling proud.

In 2023 we launched a new series to capture ongoing projects within our Rockport shop. We’re excited to bring you more videos in 2024!
out with the old
Ever wonder what it takes to handle 165 dump runs? We do, and we did it with style. Our dump runs were more than just disposing of debris; they were a declaration of our commitment to clean, clutter-free spaces. Most notably, we replaced nearly 4,000 sq ft of flooring at the Rockport Opera House! Read the full story below.

Ferry tales
Speaking of journeys, we embarked on 142 ferry rides, navigating through the waves of challenges and steering towards success. The only thing smoother than our boat rides was our project execution.
Hardware store expedition
If Eldredge and Viking Lumber were treasure islands, we'd be the seasoned explorers with 969 trips to Eldredge logged in our adventure book. In exchange for quality materials on Viking Lumber island, we bartered with over 1 million dollars in currency.
