SCOPE

General contractors from Phi Builders + Architects (now Hay Runner) worked with architect Peter Edwards to transform this quaint cottage on a quiet street in an ideal location into a dream home. An extensive renovation and addition to an existing village home added necessary amenities and square footage, as well as plenty of natural light and a clean, functional aesthetic.
