3 (small project)

Similar to our Level 2 small projects, but we will need some extra time for project management and design expertise - which may involve some simple drawings to guide the field technicians and/or researching and procuring materials. This size project could or could not include a site visit prior to starting work, so there may be added design or troubleshooting time once we arrive!

DETAILS:

TIMELINE: 1-2 weeks *

BUDGET: $2,500-$10,000

PERMIT REQUIRED: No

PROJECT STEPS

  • Projects begin with a conversation (or email thread) about the scope of your project: Timeline, budget and work needed

  • All aspects of the project that need architectural, interior or systems design to acquire a permit(s) are prepared. Hay Runner expedites this process to move to the build phases quickly and more design may be required later in the process.

  • The first step of the build phase is mobilization: With permits in hand, the project manager begins site visits with relevant staff members, completes contracts with subcontractors and begins staging materials and schedules.

YOUR TEAM

  • Project Manager or Designer

  • Experienced Field Staff

  • Licensed Plumber or Electrician

We would love the opportunity to speaK with you about your project.

*Hay Runner strives to mobilize projects quickly, as one of our differentiators from other contractors; in some cases there is a planned delay (ex: client calls in the fall for a project they would like to do in the spring) - our timeline indicates the amount of time once a project is active.

One of the ideas our project size infographics illustrate is how a project can grow in scope, and become a different size project, impacting budget and timeline. We welcome projects and clients that we can grow with, and are experts in adapting, working with a budget and communicating as we go.

The Project Timeline considers which of the Project Steps will be included in the project - the less steps, the shorter the timeline!
